Your Missions

At the heart of the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB) division's strategy, you will work on projects with a worldwide scope. You will actively participate in:

• Sustainable Performance Analysis: You will gather and analyze key data related to our sustainability initiatives, such as the refill business and "No Waste" efforts by Brands and by Zones.
• Reporting and Communication: You will assist in preparing sustainability reports and strategic presentations, communicating the LDB division's progress to stakeholders.
• Strategic Research and Benchmarking: You will conduct research on industry best practices in sustainable finance and benchmark LDB's performance against its competitors.
• Transformation Project Management: You will provide support on various financial transformation projects, helping to shape the division's long-term strategic decisions.

A few skills you will develop in this role:

Expertise in sustainable finance and ESG issues, non-financial data analysis, sustainability reporting, transformation project management, and strategic communication within a global group.

Your Profile

• You are a Master's student (Bac+4/5) at a business school, engineering school, or university (specializing in Finance, Economics, or Sustainability), looking for a gap-year or end-of-studies internship.
• You are fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• You have an excellent command of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• You have a strong interest in sustainable finance and ESG issues. You are proactive, organized, and known for your analytical and synthetic mind, as well as your ability to solve problems both independently and as part of a team.
