岗位职责：

1、 基于品牌调性和项目需求，提供原创且可执行的创意解决方案；

2、 独立产出和把控项目的整体视觉出品，包括画面创意、设计输出、落地执行，以满足品牌的传播需求，确保创意交付质量；

3、 通过高效流畅的内外部门沟通协作，有效推进项目视觉工作；

4、 以清晰、专业且具有说服力的方式，对内对外进行项目提案。


任职要求：

1. 拥有扎实的设计原则理解能力和创意概念化技能，较好的视觉美感及画面构思能力，能以设计为创意加分；

2. 3-5年相关工作经验，涉及视觉传达/平面设计/视频创意等多个工作领域；

3. 对于媒介及趋势有自己的洞察与想法；

4. 适应多线作业方式，具备一定耐心、抗压能力及沟通能力；

5. 高端美妆或时尚大牌经验优先。
