Job Summary: As a Helena Rubinstein Personal Sales Consultant, you will deliver an exceptional luxury experience, providing expert skincare advice and driving sales. You are a brand ambassador who builds lasting client relationships and ensures our counter reflects our sophisticated image.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation & Sales:

  • Provide personalized skin analyses and expert product recommendations.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Build strong client relationships through follow-ups and service.

Product Expertise & Brand Advocacy:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all Helena Rubinstein products, ingredients, and brand philosophy.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and uphold its luxury standards.
  • Stay informed about skincare trends and competitor products.

Counter Operations:

  • Ensure the counter is impeccably presented, clean, and organized.
  • Manage stock, process sales accurately, and support promotional events.


Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 1 - 2 years in luxury retail sales, preferably in beauty or skincare.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals and clienteling.


Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales acumen and customer service focus.
  • Passion for luxury skincare and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Education:

  • O-level, SPM or equivalent. Beauty certification is a plus.
