We have a suitable opportunity in the R&I division for the position of Senior Executive - DA Skin. In this role, you will understand, develop, formulate and validate the efficiency of raw materials, technologies for product innovation that can be transferred to the development laboratories in alignment with the Loreal standards of quality and safety. You should have 2-5 years professional experience with FMCG / Pharma / retail industry. The location of the job will be Mumbai – R&I Office.

 

Key Responsibilities:

•  Take part in Research projects proactively. 

• Assist the manager in the operational and technical management of the laboratory (preferred interface with partner activities, 

external service providers, etc.) and ensure good quality of the data generated

• Collaborate with all project stakeholders and also with the cross functional teams to reach project and metier strategy objectives 

• Contribute to internal and external communications on the projects by producing reports and/or presentations                                                           

• Ensure good quality and safety practices are followed

Key Deliverables & KPIs:

  • Transformation of innovative concepts into products based on scientific expertise and technology identification
  • Active sharing of specialized knowledge
  • Ensure good traceability and storage of data generated during the project.                                                                                                                     

Key Competencies:

  • Ability to Transform scientific knowledge into critical innovations and IP                                                                                                                          
  • Strong collaboration skills among functions to develop the relevant products and improve business performance.                                                
  • Effective communication skills within team and with management, stakeholders, and partners                                                                                       
  • Ability to apply Loreal standard of Quality and safety to launch appealing products for the consumer                                                             
  • Ability to Continuously develop expertise and implement new technologies or methods.                                                                                                 
  • Ability to take measured risks to initiate and manage disruptive innovation.                                                                                                                 
  • Ability to upskill yourself through technical and management trainings               

Education:

  • Post Graduate
