A Day in the Life As our Revenue Growth Manager for the L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty division in Thailand, you will be the strategic mind behind our profitability and growth. Reporting to the Business Development Director, you will lead key initiatives that optimize our pricing, promotions, and overall commercial strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable business success.
Your responsibilities will span across six key dimensions:
- Brand Pricing Optimization: Develop and execute strategic pricing initiatives by analyzing competitive pricing, market trends, and consumer behavior to set optimal price points that reflect brand value.
- Promotion Management: Oversee the design, execution, and evaluation of promotional programs, collaborating with marketing and sales to ensure they align with brand objectives and deliver a strong ROI.
- Pack Price Architecture: Design and implement a robust pack price architecture strategy to support portfolio differentiation and identify opportunities for value-based pricing across different package sizes and formats.
- Trade Terms Management: Develop and implement trade term guidelines and policies that optimize revenue, balance customer investment with profitability, and drive strategic outcomes with our partners.
- Active Mix Management: Lead efforts to optimize the product mix to enhance margin and meet consumer demand, assessing the impact of product assortment on overall revenue growth.
- Net Price Consistency: Establish governance and compliance frameworks to ensure net price consistency across all channels and customers, preventing pricing erosion and protecting brand equity.
We Are Looking For An individual with a strong analytical and strategic mindset, who can transform complex data into actionable growth strategies. You are a natural collaborator, capable of influencing stakeholders across the organization to achieve shared business objectives. We believe you'll thrive in this role if you have:
- Proven experience in a commercial, finance, or revenue management role within a dynamic industry, ideally FMCG or retail. A background as a Finance Business Partner or direct experience in RGM is a strong benefit.
- Business Acumen: A deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and the financial levers that drive profitability.
- Strategic Thinking: The ability to develop long-term commercial strategies that create value for both business and consumers.
- Data & Analytics: Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets to uncover insights, model financial scenarios, and drive data-driven decisions.
- Influence & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to partner effectively with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align on and execute strategies.
- Financial Acumen: Strong command of P&L management and the ability to link commercial activities directly to financial outcomes.
