As a RD&M Coordinator, you will be a key enabler in the Retail Design & Merchandising team. Your primary goal will be to coordinate all ongoing projects between the different departments and stakeholders.
About the role
You will work in the Division Retail Design & Merchandising organization, under the CMO scope. You will have the opportunity to shape the new position of “RD&M Coordinator” involving working closely with your business stakeholders as well as your colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination and follow up of projects with retailers, Marketing and CGO (commercial) team
- Store REFIT/OPENING/CLOSURE coordination
- Stock management of testers + PLV (HB, suppliers)
- First point of contact for RD requests (Briefing)
- Maintenance coordination (Daxium)
- IO creation/follow-up
- PO creation/follow-up
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- First (internship) experience in marketing and/or merchandising
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent knowledge of Dutch and/or French and English
