WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Define/ Drive local RGM strategy and priority initiatives
- Responsible for Market RGM initiatives list across RGM levers (Brand Pricing, Price Architecture, Active Mix Management, Promotion Management, Trade Terms), based on largest opportunities identified in budget
- Drive RGM Analyses to identify valorization opportunities, together with cross-functional teams
- Upskill cross-functional teams on RGM & embed mindset in organization
- Challenge cross-functional teams in the realization of RGM activities in their respective accountability field
- Contribute to Promo & Trade investments strategies, Active Mix Management/ Business driving strategies
- Conduct Revenue Management analyses with multifunctional teams, provide input to relevant stakeholders and design proper tools of RGM performance
- Works on Gross to Net P&L for account/product specific actions to analyze offer’s feasibility
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- 4 years’ university degree in finance, business administration, accounting, economics or other closely related courses and excellent communication skills in English,
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in the Revenue Management, Sales, Sales Analysis, Sales Finance department
- Data savvy & outstanding analytical skills
- Experience in FMCG industry is considered as an asset
- Advanced level of computer skills are required (MS Office)
