A Day in the Life
In this strategic role at the heart of our Beauty Tech evolution, you will architect and execute high-impact programs that create a seamless consumer experience across our Online + Offline (O+O) channels. Based in Mumbai, you'll be instrumental in driving business value, operational excellence, and shaping our future-ready technology landscape.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading Strategic O+O Programs: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of critical transformation programs, from strategic planning and roadmap definition to execution and value realization, ensuring alignment with our global business ambitions.
- Driving Operational Excellence: Spearhead initiatives aimed at transforming our support ecosystem, re-engineering processes, and building scalable frameworks to deliver world-class operational performance.
- Enhancing System Resilience: Proactively identify system instabilities by analyzing performance trends and drive cross-functional projects to deploy permanent, high-impact solutions through robust incident and problem management.
- Championing Strategic Partnerships: Build strong, collaborative relationships with technical teams, business leaders, and technology vendors to ensure program success and drive a unified vision for O+O excellence.
