Life is too short for a boring career, so build an extraordinary one with us. We believe your career should spark the same thrill and curiosity as your personal interests. Creativity drives everything we do, turning ideas into meaningful impact. With opportunities across brands, markets, and divisions, your growth knows no boundaries.

We are looking for a Product Manager who is ready for their "main character moment": a strategic and creative powerhouse capable of transforming product innovation into iconic market leadership.

A Day in the Life

As our Product Manager, you’ll be the master architect of your brand’s portfolio. You won’t just "manage" products; you’ll steer their complete lifecycle from a blank page to bathroom shelves nationwide. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director / Business Leader, you will bridge the gap between global strategy and local consumer desires, making sure our products capture the hearts—and carts—of our consumers.

Your Mission: Build & Implement the Product & Portfolio Strategy

1. Strategy Ownership & P&L Leadership:

  • Portfolio Vision: Own the local product roadmap, defining the launch calendar, pricing strategy, and assortment mix to drive sustainable growth.
  • P&L Stewardship: Manage the brand/category budget and monitor financial performance, ensuring healthy margins and ROI on every campaign.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead the charge by collaborating daily with Sales, Category, Supply Chain, Retail, and Communications to bring products to market seamlessly.
  • Best Practices: Drive operational excellence and scale winning product strategies across your division and the wider market.

2. Innovation & Launch Execution:

  • New Product Development (NPD): Drive local adaptation and flawless execution of global product launches, from forecasting to local pack/claim validation.
  • Trend & Consumer Intimacy: Stay ahead of market shifts, translating consumer insights and beauty trends into winning local pipeline opportunities.
  • 360° Go-To-Market: Partner with digital, media and go to market teams to build high-impact launch campaigns that break through the noise.

3. Alignment & Coordination :

  • Global-Local Sync: Collaborate with the DMI (Global Head Office) & Zone to share market feedback, advocate for local portfolio needs, and secure necessary approvals
  • Retail & Trade Marketing: Partner with key retail accounts and commercial teams to design standout in-store and e-commerce merchandising experiences.
  • Operational Rigor: Oversee stock levels, forecasts, and discontinuations in partnership with Supply Chain to minimize stock-outs and write-offs.

4. Data-Driven Insights (The "So What?" Factor):

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor market share, sell-in/sell-out data, and competitive landscapes using internal tools and market research (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar).
  • Reporting: Deliver actionable monthly business reviews, identifying growth levers and course-correcting quickly based on data-backed decisions.

We Are Looking For

We need a Strategist and an Operator. We are looking for a professional who has hit their stride and is ready to take full ownership of a powerhouse portfolio.

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

  • The Perfect Balance: 3 to 5 years of proven brand marketing or product management experience, ideally within FMCG, Luxury, or Beauty. You know how to think big picture and dive into the operational details.
  • Business Acumen: A sharp head for numbers, P&L management, and turning complex market data into a winning commercial strategy.
  • Tool & Market Mastery: Proficiency in internal sales/market data tools (Nielsen/Kantar, SAP/BW) and a strong command of digital-first marketing principles.
  • L'Oréal Competencies: You identify as an Entrepreneur (taking ownership to transform the business) and an Innovator (bringing creative solutions to accelerate growth).
  • Stakeholder Fluency: Exceptional project management skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
  • International Communication: Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must (no exceptions).

Your Main KPIs

  • Market Share growth & Portfolio Net Sales.
  • New Product Launch (NPI) contribution and success rate.
  • Budget management accuracy (A&P and operational spend efficiency).

What’s In It For You?[CH9]

  • Growth & Upskilling Mindset : A place to leave your comfort zone, innovate, and take calculated risks.
  • Real Responsibility: No sitting on the sidelines. You own your product lines and business results from Day 1.
  • Inclusion by Design: An environment where every identity is celebrated. Speak up, thrive, and be yourself.
  • Purpose: Contribute to societal and environmental causes that make a concrete difference in the beauty industry.
