What You Will Do

As the Procurement Manager, you’ll report to the Manufacturing Supply Chain Manager and lead a team that includes Raw & Packaging Materials Procurement Planners. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the seamless supply of raw and packaging materials while collaborating with transversal teams like Sourcing, Factory Master Scheduler, Launch Coordinator, and Warehouse. Here’s what you’ll do:

• 👥 Lead with Vision: Manage and develop a high-performing team, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and L’Oréal regulations.
• ? Build Strong Partnerships: Develop and maintain supplier relationships, lead SRM reviews, and onboard new suppliers in collaboration with the sourcing center.
• 🔗 Optimize Supply Chain: Oversee material supply planning, inventory control, and stock level management to support production plans.
• 🔎 Drive Strategic Collaboration: Lead S&OP reviews with key suppliers and address availability issues to ensure production continuity.
• 📈 Foster Continuous Improvement: Implement action plans to enhance supplier logistics performance and manage obsoletes effectively.

We Are Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a proactive leader with a passion for supply chain excellence. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain operations.
• Strong data analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
• Fluency in English and a “Sertifikat PPJK (Pengusaha Pengurusan Jasa Kepabeanan)” certification (preferred).
• Adaptability, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
