L'Oréal Professional Products is seeking a passionate and experienced Pro Advocacy & Influence Manager to drive our B2B strategy in Copenhagen. A Day in the Life
As Pro Advocacy & Influence Manager, reporting to the PPD A&I Lead, you will be the driving force behind maximizing B2B/professional advocacy for L'Oréal Professional Products Division (PPD) brands in the Nordic region. You'll own the strategic framework for engagement and reputation within professional advocacy and B2B influencer marketing, fostering deeper connections between our brands and the professional hairdresser community.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive B2B advocacy and pro-influence strategy, collaborating with digital/brand teams, education, and partner agencies. Align all activities with brand business priorities, focusing on signature hero products and services.
- Community Management & Influencer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-performing professional hairdressers, identifying key talents to amplify brand messaging and drive social engagement. Manage and allocate the budget for B2B/Pro talent activations.
- Campaign Development & Measurement: Develop compelling pro advocacy/B2B social campaigns in collaboration with digital/brand and education teams. Utilize Traackr and Power BI to track performance, consolidate data across the division, and translate insights into actionable plans. Ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms.
- Partnership & Collaboration: Manage stakeholder relations within the division (digital team, SBMs from other brands), the group CDMO team, and the wider A&I community. Collaborate with digital, education, and brand teams to develop a strong Nordic calendar of engagement and loyalty activations (events, product seedings, conquest activities).
We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate possesses:
- Proven experience in advocacy, PR, B2B marketing, or digital marketing (experience within the professional hair industry is a significant advantage).
- Expertise in analyzing performance data, digital KPIs, and translating insights into optimized strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders across the organization.
- Proven project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and budgets effectively.
- A deep understanding of PPD brands, their DNA, the hairdressing industry, techniques, and trends (online and offline).
- Fluency in English and one Nordic language.
- Proactive, results-driven, and passionate about driving projects from start to finish.
