The Role
As a Prada Beauty Activator at Myer Melbourne, you are the face of the brand. You are a storyteller, an artist, and a luxury specialist. Working 25 hours per week, you will be responsible for driving sales through expert product knowledge and high-touch service, ensuring that the Prada counter remains a destination for sophisticated beauty seekers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Embody the Prada aesthetic and values, delivering a premium service experience that aligns with our luxury positioning.
  • Sales Excellence: Proactively engage customers at the Myer counter, identifying their needs and introducing them to the world of Prada fragrance and makeup to achieve daily targets.
  • Artistry & Expertise: Demonstrate advanced makeup application techniques and fragrance styling to provide personalized beauty solutions.
  • Counter Management: Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards and ensure stock levels are managed to reflect the brand’s premium image.
  • Clienteling: Build and maintain a loyal local client base within the Melbourne CBD, following up on purchases and inviting customers to exclusive brand events.
