Payroll Administrator

L'Oréal, a global leader in the beauty industry, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all activities and processes involved in a personnel pay and administration
- Payroll Management: Accurately process and administer all aspects of payroll, including variable pay components and personnel transfers, within L'Oréal's payroll system. Ensure strict adherence to internal deadlines and regulatory requirements.
- Compliance & Reporting: Maintain compliance with all applicable payroll regulations and reporting requirements. Control pay updates and report any discrepancies to internal and external service providers. Manage social security declarations and maintain effective relationships with relevant authorities.
- Personnel Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records. Provide exceptional support and guidance to HR teams and employees on all payroll-related matters.
- Data Integrity & Analysis: Consolidate and validate payroll data, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Prepare key social indicators and reports. Identify and promptly report any payment-related issues.
- Financial Management: Prepare financial and fiscal information related to payroll, aligning with internal and external demands.

Qualifications:
- Education: Tertiary qualification in Finance, Human Resources, Accounting, Payroll is preferred.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing and administration, preferably in a multinational or large organization.
- Intermediate Excel skills, SAP HR & Finance, Sage People 300.
- SARS E-Filing & Easy File
- Practical working knowledge of BCEA
