As a L'Oréal Paris Graduate Trainee, you will:

The L'Oréal Paris SAPMENA Skincare Marketing Trainee is a vital role driving category growth across the region. This dynamic, fast-paced position offers hands-on experience in category planning, new launch execution, leveraging a deep understanding of the market landscape and anticipating evolving skincare trends across SAPMENA. Key Tasks:

1. Market & Competitors Analysis:

    • Perform comprehensive research and analysis of competitor activities within the mass beauty market, encompassing digital and social media trends, offline activations, and new product launches.
    • Deliver regular reports summarizing key competitive insights from market trends by sub-cat, by benefits and top rising trends, top rising competitors and providing actionable recommendations to shape L'Oréal Paris's marketing strategies.

2. Day-to-Day & Monthly Reporting:

    • Assist brand team in tracking key performance indicators for sell in, sell out, market share by total skincare, by franchises, by sub-cat and by countries. Compile data, generate performance reports, track ongoing initiatives, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
    • Assist the brand team in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for L’Oreal Paris Skincare campaigns and initiatives. Especially new launches.

3. Activation & Campaign Ideation for new launches:

    • Assist in developing campaign concepts, big idea and content strategies that resonate with the target audience.
    • Assist in activation guideline development to ensure new launch well deployed in the market, covering from social advocacy, digital ads, OOH, offline mer, Online Mer, new initiatives...

4. New Launch campaign execution following up

    • Assist in managing campaign timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met, and track results to measure campaign effectiveness.
    • Support the L’Oréal Paris Skincare brand teams across SAPMENA region with resource providing and ensure smooth cascading from region strategy to country execution.


As a L'Oréal Paris Graduate Trainee, you should have these skills:
