The role of Omnichannel Key Account Manager leads the relationship with the account and be the voice of the customer internally, to deliver added value through category development, brand experience and a customer-centric approach in a sustainable and profitable way
Strategic Account Planning & Negotiation
- Develop and execute the annual Joint Business Plan (JBP) with a focus on O+O integration.
- Lead annual negotiations (commercial terms, trade investments, and distribution agreements).
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both physical stores and e-commerce platforms.
Omnichannel Commercial Execution (O+O)
- Offline: Ensure excellence in execution in-store (merchandising, stock availability, beauty advisor training).
- Online: Optimize the "Digital Shelf" (Product Detail Pages, SEO/SEM collaboration, e-merchandising, and ratings/reviews).
- Synergy: Implement O+O services such as "Click & Collect," ship-from-store, and CRM-driven omnichannel promotions.
P&L & Financial Management
- Manage the account’s P&L (Gross-to-Net) to ensure profitable growth.
- Monitor trade spending (BME) efficiency and ROI on promotional activities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts (Sell-In and Sell-Out) to the Supply Chain team.
Data-Driven Insights & Category Leadership
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and retailer data to identify growth opportunities.
- Act as a "Category Expert" for the retailer, advising them on how to grow the total beauty category through O+O initiatives.
- Work closely with Marketing (Brand Managers), E-commerce, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to align account strategies with brand priorities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 5-10 years in Key Account Management, ideally within FMCG, Beauty, or Consumer Electronics with a strong digital/e-commerce component.
- O+O Mindset: Deep understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem (search, conversion, media) combined with traditional retail fundamentals.
- Analytical Prowess: Ability to interpret complex data (Nielsen, retailer portals, Google Analytics) to drive decision-making.
- Negotiation: Proven track record of high-stakes negotiations and relationship management.
- Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, "test-and-learn" environment.
- Education: Master’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Languages: Fluency in Greek and English.
