A Day in the Life
Based in our Auckland office, you will support the Commercial Manager in driving the success of our L'Oréal Luxe division across key department store accounts. You will be a crucial link between our sales, marketing, and supply chain teams, ensuring our iconic brands thrive in both online and offline environments.
In this dynamic role, you will:
- Drive Strategic Growth: Develop and manage strategic relationships with key accounts, creating and executing account plans to drive business growth and customer experience.
- Analyze & Forecast: Play a key part in sales forecasting, measuring monthly results, and analyzing trade plans to maximize volume, margin, and return on investment.
- Execute with Excellence: Guarantee the seamless implementation of promotional plans, manage trade spend, and oversee daily administration, including invoices and new line submissions.
- Champion Omnichannel: Seek out and develop opportunities to accelerate our e-retail presence through strong partnerships and joint business planning, creating a cohesive O+O customer journey.
We Are Looking For
You are a great fit for this role if you are a highly motivated and organized individual with a keen eye for detail. We're looking for someone with:
- Account Management Experience: A proven ability to develop and manage strategic customer relationships to drive growth, with experience in a similar role.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Confidence in analyzing sales data, reviewing results, and managing budgets to deliver on KPIs.
- Stakeholder Influence: A natural collaborator who excels at engaging and influencing a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Omnichannel Acumen: Experience driving sales and customer experience across both online (e-commerce) and offline retail environments.
- Results-Driven Mindset: A proactive approach to achieving targets and a strong motivation to drive for results.
