Got what it takes? We are currently looking for a Nordic Retail Project Manager in our LUXE division in Copenhagen.  


Your mission... 

As the  NORDIC RETAIL PROJECT MANAGER, you champion and own the retail design concepts for primarily chains for specific brands, and work by category covering skincare and fragrance. You will develop and coordinate the category projects and concepts for the brands for our key retailers as according to our strategic roadmap. The Nordic Retail Project Manager bundles the collective power of our brands to create memorable brand experience, consumer guidance and commercial impact. 


You will… 

  • Plan and propose retail design category projects for omni clients, leading and collaborating closely with brand, commercial, and zone category teams. 
  • Develop retail designs for small department stores, aligning with strategy, store guidelines and constraints. 
  • Lead validation process among internal stakeholders, clients, and regional HQ. 
  • Manage budgets and order merchandising elements for retail design & category Projects with brand approval. 
  • Monitor Sustainable Retail in line with L'Oréal For the Future goals and coordinate Zero Waste efforts. 
  • Ensure quality control during and after installations. 
  • Conduct frequent field visits to assess counter conditions and monitor competitor activities. 
  • Foster relationships within the Retail Design Community for idea sharing and problem-solving. 

 

Your profile... 

  • You have 2-3 years of proven working experience in a similar role. Experience from planogram and space/assortment management is seen as a plus 
  • You are fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages 
  • Your organizational skills are outstanding, and you understand the importance of team spirit 
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills and you are able to navigate, spar with and build relationships with stakeholders 
  • You have a practical and proactive approach to achieving results, keeping an eye on all the details. 
  • You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment 
  • You are a strong communicator as well as a proven self-starter with a good strategic view and an operative mind-set
