As the Nordic key Account Supply Chain Manager, your mission is to build a fruitful, high-impact partnership with our strategic customers. You will act as the bridge between L’Oréal and the client, leveraging supply chain levers to create End-to-End (E2E) value. Your goal is to maximize On-Shelf Availability (OSA) while optimizing Stock in Trade (SIT) and Cost to Serve (C2S). You will lead the Supply Chain dynamics for our Consumer Products Division (Beauty/Variety) and be a pivotal partner in the Joint Business Plan (JBP) with our Commercial Key Account Managers.
Your Key Missions
- Customer Journey & Strategy: Identify customer needs and expectations by mapping the customer journey. Proactively identify global opportunities for improvement and develop "listening points" to capture the voice of the customer.
- Strategic Partnership & JBP: Build a relationship of proximity with the client based on information sharing. Lead the Supply Chain component of the Joint Business Plan and animate regular supply chain meetings to set step-by-step roadmaps for collaboration.
- Operational Alignment: Ensure the two-way alignment of the catalog and product information between L’Oréal and the client. Secure that all processes (supply, legal disputes, returns) are synchronized and define shared dashboards with key indicators.
- Performance & Improvement: Follow E2E supply chain performance and coordinate cross-functional improvement projects (Demand, Physical Distribution, Sales). Propose optimization actions for Stock in Trade (SIT).
- Shortage & Risk Management: Proactively follow execution to identify risks of shortages. Analyze shortage causes—including "on-shelf" gaps—and work both internally and with the client to limit impacts and propose corrective actions.
- Information Orchestration: Coordinate the sharing of information (quantities and phasing agreements) for cruising products, promotions, and new launches between the sales team and the customer.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) You will be measured on:
- Service Excellence: OSA (On-Shelf Availability), OTFR (On Time In Full)
- Financial Efficiency: Cost to Serve (C2S) and Stock in Trade (SIT) levels.
- Customer Proactivity: Execution of the customer-centric roadmap and the effectiveness of shared dashboards.
Your Profile
- Experience: You have solid experience within Supply Chain (S&OP and/or Physical Distribution). You have a proven track record of translating customer demands into clear, implemented improvement projects.
- Technical Savvy: You have a strong analytical mindset and love processing data. You are an expert user of SAP, Power BI, and Excel.
- Stakeholder Management: You will be a pivotal part of the team dynamics, comfortable working across functions (Finance, Sales, Demand Planning) and at all levels of the organization.
- Mindset: You embody Internal & External Customer Centricity. You are a proactive problem-solver who enjoys building proximity with clients through a "One L’Oréal" approach.
- Languages: You are fluent in English. Proficiency in a Scandinavian language (Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish) is a strong advantage.
