Your mission…  

As a Brand Advocacy & Influence Manager your mission is to develop and implement an effective Advocacy & Influence strategy that deepens connections with advocates, drives brand equity and engagement. You will leverage data insights in always-on to inform and adapt your activities stretching from paid partnerships, to eventing, to product seedings and to paid media boosting of content. Further, you will ensure that our brand purpose and hair categories are strategized and executed in an innovative, performing, and engaging way. The role reports to the Brand Business Lead of the brand.


You will… 


A&I Brand Strategic Leadership

    Develop and execute a cutting-edge A&I strategy (paid & earned media) aligned with global DMI guidelines.

    Continuously analyze and adapt the strategy based on performance, market trends, and the competitive landscape.

    Negotiate and execute impactful 360 partnerships (content, events, ambassadorships) and lead Creator Loyalty programs.


Content & Trend Activation

    Ensure all A&I activities resonate with the brand's DNA and messaging.

    Identify and leverage trends (with agency partners) to enhance brand relevance and engagement.

    Oversee the development of impactful social content calendars.


Key Stakeholders Relationship Management

    Manage relationships with key creators/influencers and internal stakeholders (DMI, e-commerce, media).

    Collaborate with partner agencies to maximize A&I impact.


Performance & Optimization

    Monitor A&I KPIs and conduct ROI analysis to evaluate effectiveness.

    Leverage data insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement, sharing best practices.


Compliance & Budget Management

    Adhere to all A&I compliance guidelines (budget, tools, governance).

    Ensure responsible and ethical influencer marketing practices.



We are looking for...

    You have at least +2–3 years of relevant work experience

    You have experience with digital media, influencer strategy, PR and social media platforms

    You are proactive, results driven and passionate about your job and drive your projects from start to finish

    Expert in analyzing performance, digital KPI’s, developing insights to consistently optimize strategies & improve performance 

    You have a hands-on approach and a drive that enables you to get things done

    Strong interpersonal and presentation skills 

    Strong written and verbal communication skills 

    You are fluent in English and preferably in one of the Nordic languages
