The Mission Are you ready to be at the heart of L'Oréal’s digital transformation? As our Business Process Expert (BPE) O2C, you will lead the local execution of the NEO Global methodology. Your mission is to deliver harmonized Commerce and Customer Master Data (MD) processes that meet local business needs while strictly adhering to global standards. You will be the architect of change, ensuring our SAPMENA deployments are seamless, data-driven, and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Deployment: Lead all phases of NEO local deployments for the Commerce & Customer MD scope. You will own critical activities including data scoping, cleaning, value mapping, and the final data migration.
• Strategic Alignment: Act as the primary link between the NEO Regional team, Entity teams, and local stakeholders to ensure project synchronization and business continuity.
• Governance & Arbitration: Manage the NEO arbitration process for Deviation Requests. You will evaluate local needs against global standards and drive the decision-making process.
• Change Management & Training: Empower the organization by preparing and training Key Users. You will be a catalyst for change, helping teams transition smoothly to new systems and processes.
• Technical Remediation: Support the remediation of all applications within your scope, ensuring full system compatibility and operational excellence.

The Profile We Are Looking For

• Experience: Proven background in Entity Pricing Management or Customer Master Data. 
• Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of Pricing and Customer Master Data processes.
• Skills:
  • Outstanding Operational Knowledge: You understand the "how" and "why" of business processes.
  • Strong Arbitration & Prioritization: You can navigate complex requirements and make tough decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent Communication: Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
