A Day in the Life of an Endpoint Engineer!
Ensure the development and performance of the Modern Workplace - EndPoint solutions, and deliver value to the customer throughout their life cycle
In this role, You will..
Be responsible for the following:
- End-to-end management follow-up.
- Process definition update
- Grouping of sensitive release changes
- Monitoring of new changes
- Understanding of needs
- Communication with vendors and partner piloting
- Optimize the system / technology development and performance taking proactive action to ensure stable and secure application and infrastructures to avoid potential service disruption
- Define and manage the support services and supervise its functioning within the defined standards (define and review KPIs, metrics and SLAs and oversee performance)
- Coordinate the different experts needed in order to deal with incidents from level 2 and 3
- Manage escalations, crises and exceptional situations and define the emergency action plans
- Participate in the selection of external suppliers as well as the outsourced services contracted
- Develop and maintain effective relationships and communication with internal users and/or external suppliers understanding and managing vendor contracts (Technical, business and Legal aspects)
- Produce documents and templates describing products, services, components to establish compliance with relevant documentation requirement; ensure they are valid and up to date and that functions and features are documented in an appropriate way
What are we looking for?
- Technical Competencies
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Strong functional knowledge on Microsoft EndPoint solutions
- 5+ years of experience in IT : Windows 11 SAC LTSC /Intune / SCCM / Tanium / MAC / Mobile Devices
- Professional Competencies & skills
- Ability to work effectively with people in different zones/cultures
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Analytical mindset, able to resolve conflicts and make decisions under pressure
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic and international environment
- Commitment to delivering high-quality , reliable and secure IT services
- Cybersecurity sensitivity
- High integrity and professionalism
- Fluency in English
