Your mission...

Execution of Visits

  • Raise awareness of the brand/products among health professionals (medical specialists) in order to expand the portfolio of clients who sell and/or prescribe the brand.

Medical Sales Preparation and Follow-up

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the client.
  • Maintain and update the database in the CRM and nurture it with information generated during each visit (plan within the tool, update the database, and record visit conclusions and planned objectives).
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the products, studies, and advantages over the competition to highlight key arguments and our brand's differentiation during every visit.
  • Analyze data for each client, such as patient numbers and procedures, to define specific action plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Train and motivate doctors and their auxiliary teams to offer and sell the product, providing the best patient experience.

Brand Representation

  • Participate in professional medical events, congresses, medical meetings, etc.

 

You have...

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience for the position.
  • A degree in Health Sciences (Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, or similar).
  • Scientific knowledge of medical/dermatological products.
  • Good communication, influence, and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to propose innovative ideas.
  • A result-oriented and proactive mindset.
  • Fluency in English (B2 level).
