YOU could join one of the following teams and contribute to the numerous projects already in place as well as being the protagonist in creating new and inspiring changes.
Develops and organizes medical teams training to guarantee operational excellence, manages Medical Business Academy implementation, and upskills whole organization on medical topics
Organise training on products/services, scientific areas, brand and Divisional values, doctor-centric approach (SIMAC) and the medical, competitive and regulatory environment
- Define the continuing training plan
- Implement and check on training plan delivery
- Design and validate training tools and content
- Manage and drive the training sessions
- Select teachers/coaches and training companies
Team objectives and follow-up, in line with Medical Management
- Assess team training needs
- Define educational objectives in line with brand/Divisional strategy
- Write the official specification for each training course
- Monitor, assess and carry out reporting on training
Ensure training in internal and external ethical standards regarding relations with health professionals.
Upskills whole organization on medical topics.
- Regularly update contents and implement innovative pedagogical methods
- Ensure regulatory monitoring regarding mandatory training for targets
