We are recruiting for a Medical Representative to join our awesome Queensland Medical Field team, calling on Dermatologists and GPs. The role requires management of a broad territory across North Brisbane, with regional travel to Rockhampton and Mackay. This is a 6-month maximum term contract. 

ABOUT THE JOB:

• Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions;
• Execute a robust territory activity plan leveraging face-to-face and digital engagement with Dermatologists and GPs to create a personalised omni-channel experience for our customers;
• Drive product growth in your territory through detailing the dermatological formulations to healthcare professionals, resulting in recommendations;
• Liaise with key dermatologists and general practitioners within your territory to determine growth opportunities and implement synergies
• Play an active role within our team to optimise performance and enhance the engagement we have with our customers.
• Work in partnership with our medical, commercial, training and marketing teams to deliver outcomes in line with our strategic objectives
• Input daily call activity into Veeva CRM
• Collaborate closely with your territory colleague to manage business plans and call cycles, sharing intel and building joint relationships
• Act as a brand ambassador and host or attend a variety of industry events/ conferences 

ABOUT YOU:

• Tertiary qualifications in pharmacy or another field of science preferred, but not essential;
• Demonstrated history of strong collaboration in complex settings;
• Previous experience in medical sales dealing with General Practitioners or other medical specialists will be advantageous;
• Demonstrated sales track record through superior influencing skills within the healthcare or other complex settings;
• Experience in the area of skin care or dermatology will be viewed favourably;
• Demonstrated history of a growth mindset, characterised by curiosity and willingness to reflect and learn;
