Currently, we are searching for a Media Manager who'll become a key member of the Notino Expert Team Europe "NEXT," based in Prague. NEXT is a dynamic European team responsible for driving the implementation of European targets agreed upon with individual countries and Notino. Our mission is to execute the consolidated European plan with Notino, providing guidance to countries and ensuring a unified "One Voice" approach in our partnership.


Media Manager is strategic within the NEXT L'Oréal LUXE structure and has cross-market leadership scope, encompassing responsibility for 9 HUBs. That's why  truly matters is the ability to lead with clarity in a complex environment, drive execution across countries, and align multiple stakeholders with different priorities under one unified strategy.

A Day in the Life
As a Media Manager specializing in L'Oréal LUXE's partnership with Notino, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a dynamic blend of strategic planning, collaborative execution, and data-driven analysis. Here's a glimpse into what your typical workday might entail:
  • Co-creation and framing media strategy 
  • Design and coordination of media campaigns with budget co-holding alongside countries
  • Time & coordinate format and asset deliveries from countries
  • Data gathering and evaluation of activities within media
  • Knowledge sharing and action plan implementation with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure media fair value & reporting
  • Gathering competition information about activities within Notino and within independent countries
  • Media landscape intelligence from countries and agencies

We Are Looking For
  • Deep knowledge of media planning & analytical tools
  • Preference with direct media buying experience or account management
  • Ability to evaluate post-campaign statistics with business importance & branding impact
  • Project management skills on cross-country cooperation with asset assignments
  • Responsibility for financial management of media campaigns with agencies & countries
  • Drive innovations and bring them to reality
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to effectively convey ideas to senior stakeholders and diverse teams
