A Day in the Life

As a Marketing Product Manager for Lancôme Make-up & Fragrance, you will be a key player in driving the success of our iconic product portfolio. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will manage the end-to-end product marketing lifecycle, from defining the local launch strategy to analyzing performance to ensure Lancôme's leadership in the market.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Launch Excellence: Develop and execute powerful launch plans and promotional strategies for new products, defining the optimal offer, pricing, and go-to-market approach for the market.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from managing code creation and pricing strategies to SKU rationalization and adapting products to meet local regulations.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends (NPD/Circana), and campaign effectiveness to provide actionable insights and identify growth opportunities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with commercial, supply chain, and activation teams to ensure flawless execution, accurate forecasting, and best-in-class online and offline presence.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Proven experience in product marketing, preferably within the beauty or luxury industry.
  • Product & Category Strategy: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
  • Data-driven Decision Making: Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance, measure ROI, and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple product launches and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Business Acumen: A deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and build effective strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, and external partners.
