 WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: 

• Creation of medical communication materials and localization of medical assets for Visit Medical team
• Help with advertising for medical journals
• Working with tools for our CRM system Veeva
• Close cooperation and communication with Field team and Medical managers
• Helping with internal orders and preparation materials for medical congresses
• Order and distribution of PLVs
  - Creation of tenders in Altavia
   - Managing communication with Altavia and the project manager
   - Managing the delivery of PLVs
   - Distributing PLVs to teams
• Creation and management of copacking actions
   - Creating actions in Visual promo
   - Managing communication with the manager of copacking and project manager
   - Order of PLVs for copacking

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• University student
• Czech or Slovak native speaker and fluent in English
• available 25h - 32h a week, for a minimum of 6 months
• Enjoy seeking new and creative solutions to business problems
• Possess strong analytical, communication, and social skills
• Highly motivated and open to the international environment
• Is reliable and open-minded
• Problem solver and flexible solution seeker
