What You Will Learn:
As a Marketing Intern for the Professional Products Division (PPD), you will play a pivotal support role within the Marketing and Education teams. This position offers hands-on experience in the smooth execution of divisional activities, including order processing, digital asset management, and product launch support. You will learn to navigate a fast-paced corporate environment while contributing to brand growth and market development across the Caribbean territory.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct assistance to Assistant Marketing Managers with ad-hoc tasks, including processing SHOP orders, coordinating courier services, and distributing visual materials across physical and digital channels.
- Oversee the download and organization of social media content, e-commerce visuals, and pack shots. Maintain a centralized repository (OneDrive) and facilitate the prompt dissemination of assets to distributors and agencies.
- Support the A&I Product Logistics by coordinating product dispatch to ambassadors and maintaining updated inventory registers for the product closet.
- Actively participate in the execution of marketing campaigns and internal events, including sourcing supplier quotes and designing invitations. Support the "Salon Emotion" initiative by tracking visual merchandising elements in beauty salons.
- Provide logistical support for brand execution in educational sessions, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and design engaging certificates and flyers for workshops.
- Assist with SKU registration requirements for the Dominican Republic market.
- Comply with all company policies and standards.
- Perform any other job-related duties as required or that may arise in the future.
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Years of Experience: Previous internship experience or involvement in marketing/entrepreneurship-related projects is a plus.
- Language: Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Job Specific Experience/Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to work as part of a high-performance team.
- Basic design sensibility for creating flyers and visual assets.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with digital marketing/social media platforms.
