A DAY IN THE LIFE

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be a key pillar in the smooth running of our plant. You will have the opportunity to manage your responsibilities with a great deal of autonomy and see the direct impact of your work on a daily basis. You will be at the heart of the action, supporting production operations.

Your responsibilities will revolve around the following missions:

  • Flow Management: Handle the reception of goods, prepare maintenance kits, and manage the dispatch of parts for repair.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts, ensure data is up-to-date in SAP, and oversee the optimal labelling and storage of parts.
  • Sourcing: Manage the end-to-end ordering process, from negotiating prices with suppliers to tracking deliveries.
  • Operational Support: Provide quality customer service to the electromechanics teams and proactively suggest improvements to store processes.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an organized and proactive individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and initial experience in inventory management or purchasing. Your ability to find solutions and your service-oriented mindset will be your greatest assets to succeed and grow in this role.

To succeed in this position, you have:

  • Proficiency with IT tools, especially SAP and the Office suite (Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong negotiation and supplier follow-up skills.
  • A rigorous and detail-oriented approach to data and inventory management.
  • Autonomy and an excellent sense of customer service.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
