Job Title: Sr. Product Manager to Group PM – Giorgio Armany Beauty - Luxe Division

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Lead the strategic vision and execution for ARMANI Beauty within L’Oreal’s Luxe Division in Korea, driving market share growth by strategically orchestrating new product launches and maximizing the performance of key pillars. This role encompasses a holistic view on the entire product lifecycle, from campaign planning and execution to market trend analysis, sales performance reporting, and sustainable inventory management.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Category Ownership:
- Develop and implement the overall product strategy for the assigned category, aligning it with broader business objectives and market trends.
- Own P&L responsibility for the assigned category, setting & achieving the targets.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis and consumer insights gathering to identify growth opportunities and inform product strategy.
- Marketing & Campaign Management:
- Lead the development and execution of 360° integrated marketing campaigns (IMC/Digital/Retail) across all consumer touchpoints.
- Establish KPI and rigorously track campaign performance, analyzing data to optimize ROI & drive continuous improvement.
- Develop compelling marketing materials, including digital assets and point-of-sale (POS) materials.
- Demand Planning & Inventory Management:
- Develop accurate sales forecasts for new and existing products, including testers and samples.
- Collaborate with Demand Planner to optimize inventory levels, minimize out-of-stocks and obsolescence, and ensure product availability across all channels.
- Budget & Cost Control:
- Manage the P&L for the assigned category, including budget allocation, expense tracking and variance analysis.
- Negotiate with vendors and agencies to secure favorable pricing and maximize cost efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, RA, DP and DMI to ensure seamless product launch execution.
- Manage external agencies and partners, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Education : University graduate
- Years of experience : Over 8+ years
- Experience :
- Minimum 6 years’ experience of Marketing
- Cosmetic company experience is preferred
- Language: Fluent in English (Speaking & Written)
- Other Skills :
- Analytical & strategic. Digital competence to design marketing campaigns.
- Connecting and interpersonal skill, build strong relationships and communicate effectively with related stakeholders. Proficiency in MS office
