The Requirements are:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree 
  • Maximum 2 years of experience - less than 2 years can apply.
  • Active in organizations and internships relevant to the MT streamline that they are applying (in FMCG and/or beauty industry)
  • Proactive and has good learning agility.
  • Able to adapt and work in a matrix organization with teams from diverse backgrounds, ethnicity, beliefs, etc.
