Job Title: DC E-Com Specialist

 

A Day in the Life

Manage the end-to-end fulfillment process, from receiving orders via OMS to final outbound through WMS, ensuring all orders are delivered accurately, safely, and on time to our customers. 

 

  1. DC E-Com Operation 
  • Oversee daily DC e-commerce operations and monitor WMS from order receipt to outbound.
  • Manage product inspection and sorting systems (MHE) while ensuring on-site tasks follow SOPs.
  • Coordinate operations to meet platform shipping cut-off times and resolve operational issues quickly.
  • Manage e-commerce equipment and control packaging materials and consumables.
  • Collaborate with DC teams, MKT, and CCC, and liaise with carriers and department store logistics teams.
     
     

2.  System Expertise/Knowledge

  • Utilize SAP, WMS, and MHE systems while collaborating with LBO & IT to resolve operational system issues.
  • Enhance WMS functionality and lead UAT testing for system improvements and redesign.
  • Generate insights through data analysis to improve productivity, reporting, and operational processes.
  • Support new projects and channel launches through E2E testing and continuous improvement based on customer feedback.

 

3. Other Skills/Requirements

  • Excellent English and Korean speaking and writing skills. 
  • Communication and collaboration (DC, MKT, CCC, LBO, IT, partners). 
  • Outstanding problem analysis and solving skills.

 

WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Statistics, Management, Data Analytics, or any related studies).
  • Years of experience: +2 years of experience in logistics operations (Cosmetics logistic preferred) 
    • WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience is highly preferred
  • Other Skills: 
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in both Korean English (Spoken & Written)

 

*This position is based at our Distribution Center (DC) Located in Choji-ri, Daewol-myeon, Icheon-si.
