Job Title: Communication & Media Team Manager – Yves Saint Laurent Beauty- Luxe Division

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Drive the next chapter of our brand growth as a Communication and Media Team Manager, while ensuring digital marketing and communications to be in line with each other and towards developing consumer engagement and loyalty.
360° Communication & Media Strategy
- Develop and execute integrated 360° communication + media plans and campaign calendars for major product launches and brand projects.
Advocacy & Influencer
- Oversee Celeb management strategy to ensure consistent brand hotness and identity.
- Lead high-impact advocacy and influencer marketing strategies to drive brand couture desire.
- Plan and execute PR events to create immersive brand experiences and secure premium media coverage.
Media & Digital
- Manage digital media relations and awareness-driven media to maximize brand exposure.
- Manage media investment regarding the brand's annual marketing budget, A&I, and ecommerce.
- Strategic planning of media mix for brand and product campaigns utilizing all possible media touchpoints.
Team & Budget Management
- Mentor and manage a team of three to ensure agile and high-performing execution.
- Manage annual and campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and optimal ROI.
Requirements & Ideal Profile
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: A data-driven thinker capable of analyzing market trends and campaign performance to derive actionable insights and high-impact strategies.
- Proactive & Passionate: A goal-oriented leader with a "can-do" attitude and a relentless mission for "new customer conquest."
- Collaborative Leader: A strategic bridge-builder adept at navigating cross-functional teams and building strong partnerships with marketing and internal stakeholders.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Education: University graduate.
- Years of experience: 10+ years
- Experience: Experience of Communication in cosmetic/FMCG industry
- Language: Professional working proficiency in English
- Other Skills: Computer skill proficiencey(MS PPT, Excel, Word)
