Job Title: Communication Specialist – PRADA - Luxe Division

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Execute and support the brand's communication strategy to enhance brand image, increase visibility, and contribute to reinforcing its local reputation through effective communication initiatives.
- Define the communication strategy to develop the brand image, its visibility and reinforce locally its reputation over time. Communication Strategy Support:
- Contribute to the implementation of the overall communication strategy to enhance brand image, visibility, and reputation locally, ensuring consistency with international brand guidelines and local business objectives.
- Campaign Execution & Support:
- Execute components of integrated communication campaigns for major product launches, brand projects, and events
- Media Relations & Publicity:
- Support media publicity activities, including coordination for product placements, tie-ups, and editorial pitches.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key media contacts.
- Support the planning and execution of media tie-up/editorial content projects, including digital viral communication efforts through media channels.
- Content Development & Dissemination:
- Collaborate with the PR agency to assist in drafting and disseminating press releases to maximize media coverage.
- Develop compelling communication materials across various channels as directed.
- Public Relations Support:
- Support various Public Relations activities, including coordination with spokespersons and ambassadors.
- Media Monitoring & Reporting:
- Monitor media coverage daily, identify trends, and flag potential issues or opportunities related to the brand image.
- Prepare regular reports on media sentiment and competitor activities for the Communication Manager.
- Internal Communications:
- Execute tasks related to the internal communication plan, ensuring alignment with external messaging.
- Assist in drafting content for internal announcements and communications.
- Budget & Administrative Support:
- Assist in tracking and monitoring the PR budget.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for communication initiatives and events.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Education : University graduate
- Year of Experience : 3+ years
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Communications, preferably within the cosmetic industry.
- Language: English:
- Business proficiency (written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong command of English is a distinct plus.
- Other Skills: Computer skill proficiency: MS PPT, Excel, Word
