Product Manager to Sr. Product Manager – Luxe Div. GAB Marketing
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Collect and analyze consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to management.
- Implement new launches, maintain growth in pillar products, and animate core catalog
- Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences.
- Analyze and control campaign expense and all promotional expenses.
- Report weekly campaign sales results by analyzing key line performance.
- Adapt communication material (imagery, digital, point of sale).
- Manage stock on key pillar products & soon to be discontinued franchises/ products for healthy in & out brand portfolio.
- Lead and build gifting and hallmark animation with key pillar repush, integrating the animation with promotion, MD visual, marketing communication and on & offline retail channel visibility.
- Develop & propose local level creative assets to Zone & DMI
- Ensure sales forecast accuracy.
- Control orders and stock level – Saleable, tester, sample, collateral.
- Contribute to Sustainability actions & results with committed effort for SLOB/Stock management.
- Make recommendations to management on the category based on own expertise of the consumer, market, and competitors (launch analysis, strategic memo, etc.)
- Mobilize and work with other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc. ) and partner agencies to build broader business strategy; meet the deadlines.
- Closely work with outside agencies to produce PLV, leaflet, counter miscellaneous and execute campaign events.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Strategic planning & optimizing brand CRM programs in collaboration with Luxe CMO team
- Improve and optimize CRM program as full customer lifecycle journey based on customer analysis and segmentation
- Increase customer size & lifetime value by reallocate CRM resource considering marketing performance.
- Managing & Executing CRM activities.
- Achieve brand CRM KPI & Maximize ROI of CRM marketing investment
- Execute yearly mileage redeem program, seasonal CRM promotion & special gift for high value customers.
- Optimize campaign program using CRM tools
- Expand Online customer base by collaborating with Luxe Division’s membership customer growth strategy.
WHO YOU ARE
- Above University graduate (BA/BS)
- Min. 4 up to 8 years of Cosmetic Product MKT experience
- Specific Career Experience
- At least 3~5 years’ experience in the cosmetic industry (Preferred Makeup Experience)
- Fluent in both Korean and English
- Proficient with Excel, and any other analysis tool
