Role Summary:
The Medical Business Development Manager plays a critical role in accelerating SkinCeuticals’ growth and leadership in the medical aesthetics channel. This strategic role leads a team of three and holds full responsibility for channel expansion, sales forecasting, and commercial performance.
Acting as a key business driver, this position is accountable for securing new clinic partnerships, building long-term collaborations with dermatologists and aesthetic physicians, and elevating the brand’s presence through industry-facing events and strategic doctor engagement.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, professional skincare, or medical aesthetics sector, with a strong commercial track record, in-depth industry knowledge, and cross-functional leadership capability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive Channel Strategy & Sales Performance
- Define and lead medical channel strategy to deliver business growth.
- Own sales forecasting, target setting, and performance tracking.
- Analyze sell-in/sell-out data to optimize commercial actions and close gaps.
2. Expand Clinic Network & Market Presence
- Identify and secure new clinic partnerships to expand brand footprint.
- Manage the full pipeline from lead generation to onboarding and activation.
- Evaluate clinic performance and ensure ROI-driven expansion.
3. Lead KOL & Doctor Engagement
- Build long-term relationships with top derms and aesthetic doctors.
- Develop new medical advocates and engage KOLs in brand programs.
- Co-create strategic collaborations to strengthen credibility and loyalty.
- Support the initiation and coordination of medical studies or observational programs, in collaboration with the Marketing team, to generate clinical insights and strengthen scientific credibility.
4. Manage High-Impact Medical Events
- Lead planning and execution of product launches, symposiums, and congress participation.
- Oversee end-to-end project management — from content to speaker alignment and execution.
- Ensure events elevate brand visibility and medical authority.
5. Lead Team & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Manage and coach a team of three, ensuring business performance and growth.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Education, and cross-channel teams.
- Act as a field voice to inform internal planning and decision-making.
- Share market insights and clinic feedback to shape channel strategy and planning.
- Serve as the voice of the medical field in internal planning, providing market and partner insights to shape business decisions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business, pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or key account roles in the medical aesthetics, pharmaceutical, or professional skincare sector.
- Proven success in clinic/channel expansion, KOL engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong command of Taiwan’s medical aesthetics landscape.
