  1. Orchestrate product launches and push the growth of pillar products. Collect and analyze consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to management 
  2. Implement new launches, maintain growth in pillar products, and consumer recruitment 
  3. Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to build an integrated and engaging product campaign 
  4. Adapt communication material (imagery, digital, point of sale) 
  5. Timeline management: Mobilize and work with other departments (sales, logistics, training, etc. ) and partner agencies to make the campaign on time, deliver, and full 
  6. Make recommendations to the management team based on own expertise of the consumer, market, and competitors (product communication, media strategy, etc.) 
  7. Manage PPP budget and ensure sales forecast accuracy

 - Solid marketing working experience 3+years in a multinational company.

- Experience in product or project management.

- Evidence of strong leadership skills and entrepreneurial spirit.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Great analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Positive mindset and open to suggestions

- Having experience to handle derma skin care or medical channel experience is a plus.
