A Day in the Life

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will be a key driver of our digital transformation. You will architect and execute strategies that create seamless, data-driven consumer experiences across all digital touchpoints for our iconic professional brands.

• Omni-Channel CRM Management: You will lead the development and management of our CRM programs, creating personalized consumer journeys that build loyalty and drive engagement from the first click to a salon visit and beyond.
• Consumer Experience Optimization: By analyzing consumer behavior and feedback, you will identify opportunities to enhance consumer shopping experience, ensuring every interaction with our brands is intuitive, valuable, and memorable.
• Data-Driven Strategy: You will be responsible for consolidating data from various sources to build a unified consumer view. You’ll leverage these insights to develop innovative digital solutions and measure the impact of your initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: As an individual contributor, you will work closely with brand marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure our digital strategies are perfectly integrated and executed.
