THE MISSION: WHAT WILL AWAIT FOR YOU

As an intern in Human Resources, your objective will be to support the HR team in many activities and areas, your activities may include:

 

  • Identify, head-hunt and recruit the best talent aligned with L’Oréal's values and ethics.
  • Manage the selection processes and conduct interviews.
  • Collaborate with managers on role definition and candidate profiles.
  • Ensure a positive candidate and intern experience.
  • Onboard new interns through the FIT program.
  • Develop, represent and promote L’Oréal's employer brand (EVP) at external events and career fairs.
  • Coordinate internal and external projects related to the L'Oréal employer brand (EVP) main goals.
  • Portugal Campus Management
  • Coordinate learning events and meetings for employees (planning, logistic, communication, material preparation, tracking, report and administration.)
  • Assist with collecting and organizing candidate and interns data.
  • HRIS System Support
  • Assist with responding employees with general questions related to payroll, compensations and benefits.


REQUIREMENTS:  

  • Bachelor's Degree; 
  • Communication, analytical and computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint); 
  • An entrepreneurial approach and the energy to carry out projects with agility, achieving challenging business objectives;  
  • An international mind-set and excellent knowledge of Portuguese and English ; 
  • Enthusiasm, curiosity, willingness to learn and grow. 
  • Spanish is a plus.
