Junior Sales Representative – L'Oréal Consumer Products Division

In this exciting entry-level role, you will take on the challenge of developing relationships and optimizing our brand presence directly in the field for L'Oréal's Consumer Products Division.
You will receive a strong commercial and general training plan, and you will have a mentor within the commercial organization. This provides you with a unique opportunity to develop yourself and build a strong foundation in sales.
Your Impact: A Dynamic Role with Direct Influence
As a Junior Sales Representative, you will be a direct link between L'Oréal and our retail clients. You will build foundational relationships and actively optimize our presence in stores by:
- Conducting commercial negotiations with clients regarding assortment, promotions, and placement.
- Planning sales activities: You will set routing and priorities for your visit schedules and missions.
- Optimizing the assortment at points of sale, aimed at maximizing sales and visibility.
- Providing category insights as an expert, through understanding of market and consumer trends.
- Ensuring optimal expositions in the store.
- Ensuring excellence in activation: You will ensure flawless execution of product launches and promotions.
- Presenting our brands and products persuasively and effectively handling client questions or objections.
- Performing commercial calculations, including preparing sales forecasts.
- Identifying business opportunities and solving problems in the store.
A close connection with the head office is crucial. You will work with various Account Managers and Marketing Management teams where necessary. You will be supervised by the Field Manager, together with a close contact from the Group Account Manager of the Benelux Food Retail & Field Force team, of which you will be a part.
