A Day in the Life

Ready to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of HR at a global beauty leader? As an HR Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting various HR functions and contributing to impactful projects. Here's a glimpse of what you can expect:

  • Administrative Support: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including data entry, filing, scheduling, and preparing documents.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining applicant records.
  • Employee Relations Support: Assist with employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Project Participation: Contribute to various HR projects, gaining valuable experience in areas such as employee engagement, talent development, and HR systems.
  • Learning & Development: Participate in departmental activities (meetings, training sessions, etc.) to enhance your HR knowledge and skills.
  • Payroll Support: Gather and organize payroll data, including working hours, leave requests, and bank account details.

Who You Are

Are you a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for Human Resources? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment where you can contribute to meaningful work? If so, we want you on our team! Here's what we're looking for:

  • Education: Recent degree graduate actively seeking experience in Human Resources.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Time Management & Organization: Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Passion & Drive: Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn and contribute.
