A Day in the Life
As the Head of TikTok Shop, you’ll report to the E-Commerce Director and lead a dynamic team to drive L’Oréal’s presence on one of the fastest-growing platforms. You’ll oversee e-KAM, affiliate management, and livestream operations, ensuring seamless execution and growth. This is your chance to shape the future of social commerce in Indonesia.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the TikTok Shop strategy to maximize sales, market share, and brand visibility.
• Team Management: Lead and collaborate with e-KAM, affiliate managers, and livestream operations to deliver impactful results.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze data, track trends, and implement strategies to improve platform performance and ROI.
• Innovation & Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and other teams to create engaging campaigns and ensure operational excellence.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to drive success.

We Are Looking For
You’re a great match if you have:

• Expertise in e-commerce strategy and digital marketing.
• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Proficiency in data analytics to make informed decisions.
• Experience in e-commerce, knowledge of TikTok Shop, and proven leadership capabilities.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
