What will you do? 

As Head of Retail, you will develop the business through retail strategy. You will build and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth in the country, secure the implementation of the right structures and people in the field, and further Create Beauty That Moves the World. You are expected to manage the following:

  • Set and manage sales targets
  • Business analysis: react on business opportunities and challenges to maximize selling opportunities, keeping brand identity
  • Master retail operation to maximize sales
  • Maximize sell-out executing Brand strategy
  • For retailer business:
    • Advise Brand Manager on distribution strategy and maintain strategic retailer relationship
    • Work closely with Marketing, Business Development to define the best 360˚ strategy for the retailer
    • Negotiate in collaboration with KAM with retailer to maximize business opportunities
  • Act as people champion:
    • Oversee retail population maximizing empowerment and enablement
    • Monitor BA and store manager turnover rates
  • Main KPIs:
    • Field turnover rate
    • Financial direct contribution
    • Sales turnover 
    • Productivity
    • Brand retail KPIs
    • MS & NPS results

Who are we looking for?

  • A graduate with a degree in Business Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
  • Has at least 10 years work experience in Sales and Sales Operations
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in coaching & developing talent. Has led a team of individuals
  • Good project management skills and effective communication skills
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and operate independently with ambiguity
  • A team Player
  • A challenger who questions the status quo and pushes teams to achieve objectives
