ABOUT THE DIVISION:

We are looking to recruit for a Head of Instore Excellence to lead a team of five, own the merchandising vision and drive excellence in execution to improve the shopper experience and drive category and brand growth for CPD.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

BRAND LOOK AND VISION

  • Lead the Temporary merchandising vision of our brands in store.
  • Ensure brand expression in the Temporary POS to improve shopper experience.
  • Own agency relationships and tenders in conjunction with Procurement.


IN STORE FUNDAMENTALS

  • Improve our GTM strategy through process optimisation (e.g. POS streamlining and simplification, building 3C WOWs and RASCI)
  • Initiate and integrate Temp POS execution tracking into existing divisional processes to ensure divisional focus on Perfect Store principles and in store compliance.
  • Deep knowledge of shopper intelligence to mentor and coach team to design best in class merchandising solutions across different channels.


FIELD EXECUTION

  • Support the Field Merch planning and task management with BIG to deliver CPD execution priorities and $MS ambitions. team in the implementation of Merch updates, projects and opportunities 
  • Accountable for Temp POS in store compliance and BIG field budget, ensuring accurate management of the budget and reporting to Finance.


ABOUT YOU:

  • You have prior experience within Brand, Customer/ Trade Marketing, Merchandising or similar
  • Can demonstrate strong leadership capabilities to engage and drive a team of five
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to influence and engage across CPD and the wider L’Oréal business
  • You are a strategic thinker with the ability to see opportunity, drive positive change, deliver and execute the Activation POS merchandising vision for CPD
  • You have strong commercial acumen with proven track record of achieving results
