We have a suitable position of Head – Advocacy & Content in the CDMO function at L’Oréal India. This role will be responsible to design the A&I ambition, including tailored strategies for divisions and brands, guidelines and capability model for activation.

 

You should have 12-14 years of relevant work experience in digital and advocacy marketing. The location of the job will be in Mumbai – HO.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

A&I ACCELERATION STRATEGY:

  • Define, implement and ensure compliance to strategic frame, KPI ambitions, procedures & ways of working and reporting among Division, Multidivision and Brands teams, in alignment with SAPMENA Zone and Global frames.
  • Steer Agency Management towards success and compliance and continually aim to build new practices on agency and process workflows, with a focus on financial hygiene and process/cost efficiency.
  • Drive A&I Acceleration on key BETs (Beauty Engagement Touchpoints) to win Engagement, brand love and cultural relevance locally, in close collaboration with CMI and division teams.
  • Lead multidivisional brand and category alignment among influencers, especially on Pros’ Activations.
  • Manage relationship, collaboration and reporting with key internal and external agencies, on Social and A&I topics, in close collaboration with Purchasing and other relevant business partners.
  • Animate the local community and drive continual engagement on A&I acceleration topics.
  • Manage and drive A&I enabler projects (tools, market intelligence, trendhacking, seeding, learnings, …) 

 

REPORTING, INSIGHTS & BEST PRACTICES:

  • Streamline reporting and guide the development of high value analysis on ROI, efficiency and spend
  • Facilitate the creation and sharing of best practices to drive innovative A&I initiatives to fuel growth

 

UPSKILLING:

  • Continually upskill our local population and all business partner teams to enable success
  • Nurture the growth and development of A&I Division leads and brand leads

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Min 12 Years of experience in digital and advocacy marketing. CPG brands preferred. 
  • 5+ years of experience in Advocacy and Influence
  • Matrix organization management along with superior stakeholder management skills
  • Project management at scale.

 

Education:

  • MBA / Masters
