A Day in the Life

As an HR Business Partner for our Luxe Division, you will be a key strategic partner for our dynamic retail business, which includes over 1,000 Beauty Advisors across Mexico. You will lead a small team and act as the main point of contact for our retail leaders, ensuring the successful execution of our people strategy. This is a role where you can make a real impact on our business and our people.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with and influence key stakeholders, including a Director and Senior Managers, to drive HR initiatives that support business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of two, overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, labor relations, career development, and training.
  • Talent & Culture: Drive the HR calendar and implement programs that foster a strong culture, develop talent, and enhance the employee experience for our extensive retail workforce.
  • HR Operations & Analytics: Utilize data to track and report on key HR metrics (turnover, time-to-fill, retention risk), creating dashboards and presenting insights to drive decision-making.

We are seeking a results-oriented and structured HR professional with the potential to grow into a future leadership role. You have a strong sense of urgency and can connect with people at all levels of the organization. You thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and are resilient in the face of challenges.

To be a great match, you have:

  • Experience in key HR areas, especially Talent Management, Employee Administration, and Training. Previous experience in recruitment is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in Excel, with the ability to manage data, create formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP), and build dashboards.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to present to senior leaders.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to organize and prioritize effectively in a dynamic business.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
