A Day in the Life

As our HR Transformation Project Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the evolution of our HR operations across SAPMENA Zone. Working closely with the Workstream Leads, you will help capture and formalize the ‘new ways of working’ across functions like Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Rewards & International Mobility, and HR Administration. Your mission is to translate complex expert knowledge into highly technical, user-friendly documentation that ensures operational consistency across diverse markets.

  • Author High-Granularity Desktop Procedures (DTPs): Your primary focus is the creation of comprehensive, audit-ready Desktop Procedures. Using a structured Word template and an AI-supported authoring approach, you will:
    1. Document every step of a process with absolute precision.
    2. Include mandatory step-by-step screenshots for every system action and update.
    3. Explicitly capture the local nuances and specificities of all markets within the SAPMENA zone to ensure the documentation is applicable across different legal and operational landscapes.
  • Process Validation & Quality Control: Actively participate in knowledge transfer sessions with HR subject matter experts. You will be responsible for identifying potential gaps in the workflow, verifying process steps through ‘test runs’, and refining documentation based on critical feedback to ensure it is 100% accurate and user-friendly.
  • Knowledge Base and Run Support: Act as a key support contact during the go-live phase. You will help build and manage a central knowledge base (like an FAQ log) to assist the HR team in navigating the new procedures, ensuring a seamless and successful settlement of the new operating model.

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized individual with a strong analytical mindset and a keen interest in human resources and process improvement. You have a methodical approach and a talent for creating clarity from complexity. You are a great fit if you have:

  • A highly structured and detail-oriented work style, with a specific focus on precision; you are someone who enjoys documenting "the how" and won't rest until every screenshot and step is perfectly aligned.
  • The ability to synthesize complex regional data, identifying and capturing the unique operational nuances across various SAPMENA markets to ensure no detail is lost in translation.
  • Excellent skills in creating technical documentation, with a talent for producing clear, well-structured, and audit-ready written content that balances text with essential visual aids.
  • An ability to learn and embrace new technologies, including AI-powered authoring tools and internal HR systems, to accelerate and enhance the documentation process.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to ask insightful questions, allowing you to effectively "extract" knowledge from subject matter experts and identify potential process gaps.
  • The highest level of discretion, with the professional maturity to handle confidential information regarding operational shifts with sensitivity and integrity.
