Working Day Week : 4 Days in L'Oréal, 1 Day at University

We will give you the opportunity to get a true flavour of the world of Human Resources with a specific focus on Reward and benefits and wellbeing in particular. 

 

Day-to-day you may be... 

 

  • Supporting in the deployment of our benefits and wellbeing strategy 

  • Driving engagement on our Reward offer by helping build a clear communication plan adapted to each of our employee groups 

  • Design and produce communication materials, for both our offline and online platforms 

  • Deploy the communication strategy, running campaigns and events on a regular basis 

  • Provide guidance to employees on benefits and wellbeing, and manage the Reward inbox 

  • Manage our benefits databases ensuring high data quality 

  • Producing reports and dashboards to provide insights to management on the effectiveness of our Reward strategy 

  • Liaise with external vendors to guarantee a best-in-class employee experience 

  • Manage the invoicing cycle across Reward 

  • Work collaboratively with other HR teams to ensure a customer-centric experience 

  • Supporting with onboarding and offboarding of employees 

  • Owning and delivering own projects in line with the Reward strategy.
