Supporting in the deployment of our benefits and wellbeing strategy
Driving engagement on our Reward offer by helping build a clear communication plan adapted to each of our employee groups
Design and produce communication materials, for both our offline and online platforms
Deploy the communication strategy, running campaigns and events on a regular basis
Provide guidance to employees on benefits and wellbeing, and manage the Reward inbox
Manage our benefits databases ensuring high data quality
Producing reports and dashboards to provide insights to management on the effectiveness of our Reward strategy
Liaise with external vendors to guarantee a best-in-class employee experience
Manage the invoicing cycle across Reward
Work collaboratively with other HR teams to ensure a customer-centric experience
Supporting with onboarding and offboarding of employees
Owning and delivering own projects in line with the Reward strategy.
