Project Name: Talent Management and Development

Project Deliverables:

  1. Assist in the recruitment process for IT positions, including job posting, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
  2. Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and databases related to Zone IT & Beauty Tech employees.
  3. Collaborate with HR professionals to organize training and development programs tailored to the needs of Zone IT & Beauty Tech employees.
  4. Aid in conducting surveys and research to gather feedback on HR initiatives within the Zone IT & Beauty Tech department.
  5. Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures specific to the Zone IT & Beauty Tech domain.
  6. Provide administrative support for various HR-related tasks, such as onboarding and offboarding processes for Zone IT & Beauty Tech employees.
  7. Develop an HR analytics dashboard focused on Zone IT metrics, including recruitment analytics, employee turnover rates, training program effectiveness, and diversity metrics.
  8. Analyze data trends and provide insights to HR and Zone IT & Beauty Tech Management Commitee for informed decision-making and strategic planning.

  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  4. Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  6. Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic work environment.
  7. Basic understanding of HR principles and practices (preferred).
  8. Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI (preferred).

 

Field of Study:

Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field with a focus on HR practices.
