The Role:
As our E-Commerce Manager, you will:
- Own the Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven e-commerce strategies that accelerate growth across all online channels.
- Maximize Revenue: Drive sales, optimize pricing and promotions, and ensure profitability.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships with key e-retailers and online marketplaces.
- Analyze & Optimize: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze website traffic, and identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey.
- Lead Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging e-commerce trends and technologies.
- Mentor a Team: Guide and inspire a team of e-commerce professionals.
Qualifications:
We're looking for someone with:
- 6+ years of proven success in e-commerce management, ideally within the beauty or consumer goods industry.
- A deep understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online customer behavior.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, etc.).
